Building a Fusion and Energy Coalition

A frontier-energy initiative needed to transform a compelling vision into an ecosystem capable of coordinated action. We defined the initiative's strategic proposition, identified the institutions required for legitimacy and execution, and designed a framework through which research, industry, capital and policy stakeholders could participate — establishing the operating architecture for a durable coalition and turning a dispersed field into an organized platform for partnership and progress.
